At Newakar Furniture, we facilitate exchanges but do not offer refunds for purchased items. The defect liability period extends to one year; however, the product must be returned in its original, undamaged state within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by all original packaging and accessories. Customers are responsible for covering delivery charges incurred during the exchange process. Please note that custom-made or clearance items, as well as personalized furniture, are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective. Customers bear the returning costs unless a product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
