Newakar Furniture do not offer a traditional warranty on products however we are proud to provide product liability coverage for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This coverage ensures that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. 

Newakar Furniture provides its customers with a 5-day period for exchange. 

At Newakar Furniture, we offer exchanges but do not provide refunds for sold goods; however, the product must be in its original, undamaged condition, returned within 7 days of purchase, and accompanied by all original packaging and accessories. Custom-made or clearance items and personalized furniture are not eligible for exchange, and customers are responsible for returning costs unless a product arrives damaged or defective. We’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction and are ready to assist with any questions or concerns you may have about your purchase. 

We’re confident you will like your product but just in case, we have an Exchange policy. If you are unhappy, simply contact us to arrange for exchange of products.
